Our company places great emphasis on staff development and regularly conducts skill - enhancing training programs. Recently, the bare engine workshop held a training session focusing on the precautions for manufacturing different models of bare engines.
During the training, experienced technicians and engineers served as instructors. They first introduced the distinct structural features and technical specifications of each engine model. For example, when producing engines with different cylinder arrangements, workers need to be extremely careful about the installation angle and torque of the engine block and cylinder head. They also elaborated on the importance of using appropriate tools and following standardized operating procedures.
