As the core manufacturing division of Packson, this large-scale machining facility spans tens of thousands of square meters, with purpose-built cylinder block machining lines, high-precision cylinder head finishing lines, a dedicated engine long block assembly workshop, and a full-dimensional quality testing center. The workshop adheres to strict precision machining standards, fitted with high-precision CNC machining centers, cylinder bore honing machines, coordinate measuring machines and a full suite of professional machining and inspection equipment to ensure consistent quality across all engine components we produce, enabling fully closed-loop production from rough blank input to final product release. For our flagship cylinder block product line, our end-to-end machining process covers precision cylinder bore honing, main bearing bore coaxiality finishing, and high-accuracy deck face milling, with in-process machining inspections at every stage and strict controls on geometric tolerances and surface roughness to guarantee the structural strength and assembly precision of every cylinder block. For our cylinder head product line, the dedicated machining line handles precision combustion chamber forming, valve guide and seat press-fitting, and camshaft bore boring, ensuring the sealing performance and valve timing accuracy of every cylinder head meets stringent OEM standards. Every finished cylinder block and cylinder head undergoes multiple rounds of dimensional verification and performance testing, laying a rock-solid quality foundation for the reliable operation of every engine long block we produce.

Our engine long block assemblies can be fitted with peripheral accessories to form a fully functional complete engine, significantly cutting procurement and assembly costs for clients and delivering a one-stop sourcing solution for both core engine components and base power assemblies. Our fully stocked inventory of engine components forms a reliable supply buffer for partners: top-selling cylinder block and cylinder head models are kept in abundant stock to support bulk orders and urgent restocking requests, and engine long blocks for all mainstream power platforms are also pre-assembled and ready for immediate shipment, ensuring steady availability of critical engine components even during peak demand periods.
