Recently, at the PACKSON engine manufacturing base, production lines and shipping areas operate in efficient coordination, with export order engines being shipped in batches in an orderly manner. From workshop assembly to overseas warehouse delivery, every engine undergoes rigorous layer-by-layer refinement, responding to the trust and choice of global customers with ultimate quality.
Full-Process Quality Control: From Running-In Tests to Pre-Delivery Inspection
PACKSON has always engraved "quality first" into its production DNA. To meet the high reliability demands of overseas customers, we have established a quality inspection system covering the entire production cycle:Precision Assembly and Running-In Tests: After the core assembly of each engine is completed, it is sent to a dedicated running-in test laboratory to undergo multi-stage operational tests in a simulated actual working condition environment. The technical team monitors core parameters such as power output, oil temperature and pressure, vibration and noise in real time to ensure full running-in of internal engine components and stable performance compliance, eliminating early failure risks from the source.Multi-Dimensional Pre-Delivery Verification: Before shipment, the quality inspection team conducts item-by-item verification on each engine—from the sealing accuracy of cylinder blocks and cylinder heads, to the torque standards of pipeline joints and fasteners, and to the integrity of exterior paint and markings, all are checked one by one against standards higher than the industry. Any subtle deviation is corrected in a timely manner to ensure that every product delivered to customers is flawless.
Dual Anti-Rust Protection: Building a Safety Barrier for Long-Distance Sea Transport
Considering the long distance of overseas transportation and the humid and salty marine environment, PACKSON has designed a dual anti-rust protection scheme in the packaging process to escort the products:Professional Anti-Rust Oil Pre-Treatment: Before packaging, technicians apply special long-acting anti-rust oil evenly to the metal components and precision interfaces of the engine, forming a dense protective film that effectively isolates air and water vapor, preventing metal surfaces from rusting during long-distance transportation.Customized Anti-Rust Packaging: Each engine is packed into a thickened anti-rust bag filled with moisture-proof desiccant, then fixed on a solid wood pallet as a whole, and wrapped with a dust-proof and waterproof membrane externally. This packaging scheme not only resists the bumps and salt spray during sea transportation but also maintains stable product performance in extreme environments, ensuring that customers thousands of miles away receive engines in the same condition as when they just rolled off the production line.
Deepening Global Markets: Linking Made in China with the World with Reliable Power
The concentrated shipment of export orders this time is a strong testament to PACKSON's competitiveness in the international market. Relying on stable product performance, a complete supply chain system and attentive after-sales service, our engines have been exported to many countries and regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and are widely used in fields such as construction machinery and commercial vehicles.
